Cancellation Policy

Because everyone’s time is valuable, I request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment.

I understand that situations beyond your control may arise, so I do extend a one-time grace pass if you are unable to do so within 24 hours. Any future cancellations, however,  will be subject to  a $25 cancellation fee.  This policy allows me to inform my guest that are on my waitlist. 

Children Policy
For the safety and comfort of all our customers, children under 12 are not permitted in the salon unless they are having a service done. 

Re-do Services
If for any reason you are unhappy with your services, I do offer re-do appointments at no cost. Clients may call to schedule a re-do within 48 hours of the original appointment. Re-do services must be booked within 7 days of this call.  I will do everything to accommodate each guest, to make sure they are satisfied with their color or cut service, please note that no refunds will be issued.

Exchanges and Returns
We stand behind the product lines that we carry. If for some reason you are unhappy with any products purchased at our salon, they may be exchanged for another product within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please note that we do not offer refunds. All brushes and styling tools are final sale.
