As a courtesy, I will send out an email to confirm your appointments two days prior to your appointment date. A text reminder will also be sent 24 hours before your reservation. Please ensure that I have your current email address on file and phone number in order to be able to do so in a way that may be beneficial to you. It remains your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and help me service our guests better by providing enough notice to avoid the cancellation fees.
I ask that you give at least 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows the clients on my wait list to enjoy the appointment. Please note that you can cancel or reschedule your appointment via the online booking system before the 24hrs cancellation period.
Any cancellation or no show within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. This fee is to be paid before your next appointment can be scheduled.
If you think you may be late for your appointment, please call me and let me know. If you will be more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust your services for the allotted time or may need to reschedule your appointment. Accommodating a late guest is often impossible without disrupting every other guest scheduled that day.
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointments, without contacting the me to cancel, you will be subject to pay the 50% of the service AMOUNT of the services reserved. You will be also be required to have a credit card on file to secure any future bookings.
Clients who no show on more than one occasion will be required to pay in full before any appointments are booked.
I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, please do not hesitate to contact me within 7 days of your visit and I am happy to correct the issue. If you are wanting a change all together that will be handled on a case by case basis.
